This Project included the modification and upgrade of the 6th Floor base build electrical services installation for a Leading Technology Company to create their largest event space in Europe.
The project consisted of the refurbishment of circa 120,000ft² high quality office space. Comprising ground floor to fourth floors inclusive along with Landlord areas including the reception.
The project consisted of the refurbishment of circa 60,000ft² high quality office space.
The contract included the fit-out of 71 Central Street in accordance with the client’s specific requirements on a design and build basis.
This Project included the modification and upgrade of the base build electrical services installation on the 3rd & 4th Floors for a Leading Technology Company.
This Project included the complete electrical installation at the Harwell Campus B329 & B77 which are on the same site as the famous Diamond Light Source Building at Didcot.
