Description:
The project consisted of the refurbishment of circa 80,000ft² high quality category A office space to ground floor to second floor inclusive and fifth and sixth floors and associated Landlord areas including the reception area.
The works included the fit-out of office space as follows: –
- Landlord & Tenant LV Infrastructure including metering
- High and Low Level Small Power including containment systems
- Intelligent Lighting Control System
- General & Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarm System including Disabled Refuge and Disabled Alarm systems
- Security Systems including Access Control and CCTV
