Description:
The contract included the fit-out of 33 Golden Square in accordance with the client’s specific requirements on a design and build basis.
The Cat A & B works included the fit-out of nine levels of high end office space as follows:-
- Installation of new mains and sub-mains distribution arrangement
- Small Power services including underfloor power track to serve work space, mechanical services and general small power
- Intelligent Lighting Control System
- General & Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarm System
- Security Systems including Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm
