Description:
The contract included the fit-out of 71 Central Street in accordance with the client’s specific requirements on a design and build basis.
The Cat B works included the fit-out of a high end Open Plan Office Space and Restaurant as follows: –
- Installation of new mains and sub-mains distribution arrangement
- Small Power services including underfloor power track to serve work space, mechanical services and general small power
- Intelligent Lighting Control System
- General & Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarm System
- Security Systems including Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm
