Description:

The project consisted of the refurbishment of circa 60,000ft² high quality office space. Comprising ground floor North, South, East & West Wings inclusive along with Landlord toilets.

The works included the fit-out of office space as follows: –

  • LV Infrastructure modifications
  • High and Low Level Small Power including containment systems
  • Replacement of Intelligent Lighting Control System
  • New General & Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Alarm System
