Description:

The project consisted of the refurbishment of circa 120,000ft² high quality office space. Comprising ground floor to fourth floors inclusive along with Landlord areas including the reception.

The works included the fit-out of office space as follows: –

  • LV Infrastructure modifications
  • High and Low Level Small Power including containment systems
  • Modification to Intelligent Lighting Control System
  • New General & Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Alarm System
