This Project included all new electrical services installation for the Royal Asset Management at Peninsular House in Monument which has been converted into Cat A & B Offices for a suitable tenant to move into,
The works included the full fit-out of floors, 6,3,2 & GF Loading Bay & Basement which involved the following works: –
- New Distribution Systems – New Composite Dis Boards to each of the floors
- New Low Level Power Systems – Underfloor Power track, Floor boxes (level 6 only) & Tea Point Power (level 6)
- New Containment Systems throughout – High Level Basket Install,
- Modular Wiring for High Level Lighting and Mechanical Power systems,
- Intelligent Lighting Control System
- General & Emergency Lighting
- Basement Shower/Changing Room Services & new electrical services were provided to the WC areas to all floors listed above.
